We request clients complete these to the best of their ability in order to assist us in the preparation of their Annual Report and Tax Return/s each year. If you are an existing client you will receive one of these via email and/or post each year. Please bring the completed Balance Date Questionnaire with you when you come in for your annual interview, or send it in along with your financial information each year.
