Sam Foster

Sam joined Brown Glassford in 2021 and has been a Director since April 2023.

Originally from the South Island, Sam has family ties to North Canterbury, where he and wife Emma now live, after relocating from the Waikato.

Sam enjoys connecting with the local community, including playing rugby for Glenmark Cheviot and squash in Amberley.

Sam completed a Bachelor of Business Analysis (BBA) majoring in Accounting at the University of Waikato and worked for a large accounting firm in Hamilton.

He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ) and an associate member of the NZ Institute of Primary Industry Management.

With this combination of knowledge, and Sam’s passion for the rural sector, he enjoys working with clients to achieve their goals.
